I’d give her 11 stars if I could!! This is our 5th move/ home purchase so we are familiar with what our realtor’s role is. The person we were using before Lindsey was very impatient, young, green and unavailable most of the time…. although, he told us he had been selling for almost 3 yrs (lol)! I will tell you it was a blessing in disguise.

Lindsey had us covered and really did look out for our best interests even in this low inventory, very high % rate market. We looked at homes that needed flood insurance, we looked at homes that required additional fees due to CDD’s. We looked at a new build with mold in one of the rooms, homes too close to the waterline/ ponds, homes people did bad DIY, etc..

Lindsey has a background in home rehabs and has a great eye for things that tend to be red flags. She was honest and upfront every step of the way which made it easy for us to trust her judgment. What I appreciated most is she always did her homework and had numbers ready for us at each house we viewed. We love her positive attitude and she wasn’t trying to push us in to a purchase. We highly recommend her a thousand times over. You get professionalism, experience and she knows the area well. We will only be using her for our family and friend’s future purchases.
